River Drift Experience
Walk, float, and drift through the Mossman River on the only tour of its kind in Australia. You begin with a guided walk upstream along the sandy riverbed, completely enclosed by the rainforest canopy, before boarding a lightweight river sled and drifting back downstream through clear, cool water. Calm sections give way to faster currents, making for a perfect mix of relaxed exploration and gentle adventure.
The tour runs just 20 minutes north of Port Douglas and is ideal for anyone who loves nature, water, and getting off the tourist trail.

Mossman Gorge Adventure Day
More time in the rainforest than any other tour in the region. The Mossman Gorge Adventure Day combines the River Drift Experience with a traditional Kuku Yalanji smoking ceremony and a guided walk through Daintree National Park. You will walk, float, and swim through the Mossman River in the morning, sit down to a rainforest lunch, and spend the afternoon exploring Mossman Gorge at an easy pace with an expert local guide.
This is the full day option for guests who want to go deeper into the Daintree and experience its cultural significance alongside the adventure.
