Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is one of the best wildlife experiences between Port Douglas and Cairns, set at Wangetti Beach in a mix of wetlands, rainforest and woodland habitats. The park is open daily from 8:30am to 5:00pm and gives you a full day to explore at your own pace.
A network of boardwalks and pathways takes you through the park, where you can see crocodiles, cassowaries, koalas, wombats, kangaroos, wallabies, lizards and more. Boat cruises on Hartley’s Lagoon are included with admission and are allocated on arrival.
