Our Ongoing Cleaning Commitment during COVID-19
As we welcome you back to CAYMAN VILLAS from June 12th 2020, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols. We have redefined our cleaning and safety standards and we will be actively monitoring and evolving solutions to ensure we have a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests. All aspects of our business will be addressed including public spaces and guest villas.
Pre-arrival we will require the name and contact details of ALL guests staying in a villa.
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with the recommended cleaning and disinfectant agents.
In the pool area sun loungers will be placed at a 2m distance, the pool is open please adhere to maximum numbers and social distancing.
Guest BBQ’s – cleaner and disinfectant pumps are provided for use by guests.
Hand sanitizing stations are located at the front desk and other common areas around the complex.
We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces.
All of our staff have enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.
A mid stay villa service is optional, guests will need to vacate the room during service, or can opt to have fresh linen left outside the villa.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing of 1.5m.
