For over 26 years, the Crocodile Trophy has presented a thrilling challenge to mountain bike racers worldwide. This ultra-endurance race takes participants on a remarkable seven-day adventure through the awe-inspiring landscapes of Tropical North Queensland.

Held from 5th-11th of November 2023, the Croc Trophy promises an extensive array of mountain bike trails and an international field of cyclists hailing from different corners of the globe. The race kicks off with a prologue in Cairns, leading riders on a nine-day journey from the lush jungles of Cairns to the Atherton Tablelands. The route encompasses bush single tracks and ventures deep into the unique Australian Outback.

Spanning 600 kilometers and encompassing 10,000 meters of vertical ascent, this race showcases the stunning local landscapes. As participants pedal their way through rivers, past waterfalls, and into the local bush, they’ll experience the tranquility and adventure of a genuine connection with Australian nature. The race culminates at the breathtaking Four Mile Beach in Port Douglas, where riders can revel in its beauty.

Throughout the event, participants have the opportunity to camp in cattle stations, historic mining villages, and even a coffee plantation. Additionally, there are accommodation packages available for those who prefer hotel stays.
