Watergate Restaurant and Lounge

The ever-stylish Watergate Port Douglas boasts excellent location in the centre of town and a killer cocktail list that never disappoints.
The talented chefs at Watergate serve up beautiful fusion food using only the highest quality produce from the local region. Guests can enjoy the beautiful leafy surroundings by dining alfresco or the classy atmosphere indoors.
Open: Lunch from Midday, Dinner from 5:30pm 7 days a week.


Salsa Bar & Grill

Long known for being one of Port Douglas’ most favourable restaurants, Salsa is a ‘must-do’ for visitors and locals alike. Salsa has been serving up international dishes using local produce in Port Douglas for over 20 years now. Not only is the food phenomenal but the service is on point! The setting is a traditional Queenslander home with open shutter windows and blue & white hues. Reservations are essential.
Opening times: 12-10pm 7 days a week.


Nautilus restaurant

This upmarket restaurant is set in a breathtaking outdoor space that transports you to a tropical lush green paradise. The 60 year old Nautilus restaurant offers tantalising a la carte and tasting menus. The food is innovative with European & Asian influences described as ‘elegant dining’. This one is a real treat for the senses!
Opening times: 5:40pm until late 7 days a week.


On the Inlet

Are you searching for some of the best seafood in Port Douglas? On the Inlet is the place for you! Guests can enjoy the finest quality of seafood and an impressive wine & cocktails list. If you’re feeling hungry we recommend sharing a seafood  platter amongst friends and family – a great experience. On the Inlet has moved from the marina to Wharf St, with views across to Anzac Park and the Coral Sea.
Opening times: Lunch & dinner 7 days a week. Closed public holidays.


Iron Bar

This classic Aussie Pub is located on the bustling Macrossan Street and is the perfect place for a cold drink with the locals, some tasty pub grub, live music and best of all – Cane Toad racing! The comedic Cane Toad racing is a popular event for visitors and locals alike held every night from 8:30pm. Looking for more fun? 2 Fish

Hemingway’s Brewery

Hemingway’s is the triple threat of Port Douglas – a microbrewery, bar and restaurant! One of the newest kids on the block, Hemingways has quickly earn’t its reputation as being one of the best spots for an ice-cold beverage with stunning surrounds. Located on the Reef Marina, Hemingway’s is the first of its kind in Far North Queensland. Guests can expect relaxed vibes, hand crafted beers, tasty food and awesome cocktails.

Churrasco BBQ Bar

Churrasco Brazialian BBQ & Bar is the first of its kind in Port Douglas! A traditional Churrascaria is a restaurant serving grilled meat and guests are welcome to pay a fixed price and eat as much as they please. As well as the Churrascaria experience, the restaurant offers an a la carte and takeaway menus. Churasco also has weekly events with live music and special offers.
Opening times: Open for dinner from 5pm 7 days a week. Lunch Friday & Saturday and Sunday brunch.


Barbados Port Douglas

This brand new luxurious bar is located on the Marina with views overs the Coral Sea, Mossman Ranges & Daintree National Park – the perfect spot for a sunset drink!  Barbados has been built from scratch with an architecturally designed bar, stylish furnishings and trendy fixtures. Barbados offers a unique cocktail list that has been designed to tell a story. Want a cocktail that’s not on the menu? No problem! The talented bar staff can you whip you up your favourite classic or get creative and give you something you’ve never tried before. The food menu offers a selection of tapas style dishes and share plate include cheese/antipasto boards, pizzas, seafood and more.
Opening times: Monday to Thursday 11am till 1am. Friday to Sunday 10am to 1am.
